Scope — USA■Only Shipping currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days depending on destination and carrier.
3. Returns Window & Conditions
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Items should be returned with original packaging when possible.
4. Unopened bottles: eligible for a full refund.
Opened bottles: eligible for a 50% refund.
Shipping charges are non■refundable unless required by law.
5. How to Start a Return
Email support@intimalife.shop with your order number and reason for return;
We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the return.
6. Lost or Damaged in Transit
Risk of loss passes to the carrier. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim.
