We grant you a limited, revocable, non■transferable license for personal, non■commercial use only. Any other use is prohibited.
4. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION OF
SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Certain products are available by automatic, recurring subscription (“Subscription”). By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the interval you select (e.g., monthly, bi■monthly, or quarterly) until you pause or cancel. You can manage your Subscription in your account or by contacting support. You may pause or cancel at any time unless otherwise stated in promotional offers (e.g., “commit to 3 months; first month free”).
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend shipments until payment is received. Prices and discounts for repeat deliveries may differ from the initial order due to promotions or price updates. We will notify you of material changes prior to the next renewal term.
5. Products, Pricing, and Purchases
Product details, availability, and prices may change without notice. We do not guarantee availability until we accept the order. We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel for reasons including suspected fraud or errors.
We accept Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay. By checking out, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that your billing information is accurate.
6. Refunds
We offer a 60■day quality guarantee from delivery. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 60 days to request a refund. Shipping charges are non■refundable unless required by law.
Opened supplement bottles are eligible for a partial refund equal to 50% of the purchase price.
7. Shipping
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of items to the carrier. Delivery windows are estimates; carrier delays are outside our control.

Impersonation or misrepresentation;
Introducing malware or interfering with the Service;
Scraping, automated access, or copying content;
Posting content that violates these Terms or our Content Standards.
12. User Contributions & Content Standards
If the Service permits reviews or submissions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty■free license to use and display them. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or offensive content.
13. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

You and we waive jury trial and agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity (no class actions). If arbitration is unavailable, claims shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full force. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
